These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 777bet online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://777bet.casa and any related services, applications, or tools operated by 777bet.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account on 777bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777bet does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21, in accordance with internationally recognized standards for gambling age restrictions.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded user on the 777bet platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a previous 777bet account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other policy violation.
• You must not be located in or a resident of any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or use.

Registration of more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 777bet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all such accounts and cancel any associated winnings or bonuses.

To create an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete.

777bet operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time upon 777bet's reasonable request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership or authorization for the payment method used to deposit funds;
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by 777bet's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal access. 777bet will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, 777bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.

You agree that in using the Platform you will:

All financial transactions on 777bet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. 777bet supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — instant processing in most cases;
• DuitNow QR — instant via compatible banking applications;
• Online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks) — typically 5 to 10 minutes;
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain confirmation, typically 15 to 30 minutes;
• 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payment — up to 30 minutes.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 777bet does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees for which 777bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. 777bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are: same-day for Gold VIP members; within 24 hours for Silver members; within 48 hours for Bronze members. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended in circumstances requiring additional compliance review.

Deposits made using bonus funds or originating from fraudulent payment methods are subject to reversal. Any winnings generated from fraudulent deposits will be forfeited.

777bet offers a range of promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Each user is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless otherwise specified;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — sports bets and live casino games may carry lower contribution rates than slots;

All sports bets placed on 777bet — including markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and UFC events — are subject to 777bet's sportsbook rules, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, match postponement protocols, and live betting acceptance criteria.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers and are recorded for audit purposes. In the event of a technical fault, system disconnection, or communication error during a game round, 777bet's records shall be the definitive reference for settling the outcome.

777bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors, data feed faults, or odds set significantly below market value. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

Maximum winnings per bet and per day may be subject to caps as specified in the relevant game or sportsbook rules. These caps apply regardless of stake size and are communicated in the applicable product rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bet platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or entity;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime;
• Use of hacking tools, exploits, cheats, bots, or any unauthorized software to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies in live poker or other competitive formats;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Unauthorized access to or use of another user's account;
• Any action that disrupts the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.

The limited licence granted to you under Section 5 of these Terms does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to use 777bet's Intellectual Property for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bet, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from system outages, maintenance downtime, or technical faults beyond 777bet's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors;
• Any legal consequences or fines you may incur as a result of accessing or using the Platform in contravention of your local laws.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

• Discovery that the account is operated by a person under the age of 21;
• Conduct that 777bet reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of games;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 777bet support. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after deduction of pending withdrawals will be refunded subject to KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Where an account is suspended due to a pending investigation, funds may be held pending the conclusion of the investigation. 777bet will communicate the outcome in a timely manner.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777bet is licensed and incorporated. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

777bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on this page, which will be reflected in the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.
